Lupet uses customer information to respond to enquiries, prepare and administer bespoke commissions, arrange delivery, provide support, meet accounting or legal obligations, and protect the service from misuse.

Private commission data

Portrait uploads and private commission notes are not public website content. They are handled separately from public editorial content and protected by permission-checked access. Lupet does not publish a portrait, finished piece or client story without separate consent.

Retention

Completed-order private photos and non-required working images are scheduled for deletion or anonymization 90 days after completion. Unconverted or abandoned commission photos are retained for no more than 90 days after last meaningful activity. An active dispute, support case or legal hold can pause deletion. Required transaction, shipping, accounting and legal records may be retained separately.

Marketing choices

Purchasing or contacting Lupet does not grant website, portfolio, social media or advertising permission. Any marketing consent is separate, specific and not selected by default.
