These terms apply to Lupet bespoke portrait commissions together with the Commission, Cancellation & Refund Policy and the latest accepted quote for the commission.

Soft-launch enquiries

Online payment and production checkout are disabled during the soft launch. Browsing, WhatsApp enquiries and private consultation remain available. No website submission alone creates an obligation to produce a commission.

Commission approval

Materials, scope, timing, shipping and price are confirmed in the latest quote. Production may begin only after the latest artwork version is explicitly approved and all required cleared payment has been received through an authorized payment channel.

Shipping, duties and tax

Shipping is quote-led. Unless the final quote says otherwise, international orders are offered on a DAP basis and the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and clearance charges. This website does not currently calculate or collect sales tax, VAT or GST.

Mandatory rights
