How does the bespoke commission process work?

01 — Reserve Your Commission

Begin with a US$150 commission deposit, fully credited toward your final bespoke quote.

02 — Private Consultation & Quote

We continue the conversation via WhatsApp, review your pet’s photographs, and confirm the commission requirements, materials and specifications. Your final bespoke quote is confirmed before the cumulative 50% payment milestone.

03 — Confirm Quote & 50% Payment

Your US$150 deposit is credited in full. After accepting the final quote, pay the amount needed for cumulative cleared payment to reach 50% of the final commission quote.

04 — Design & Refine

Your initial design is typically prepared within approximately 5 business days after acceptance of the final quote, confirmation of the required information and suitable photographs, and clearance of the cumulative 50% payment. We refine the design with you within the agreed commission scope until you are happy with the final result.

05 — Final Approval & Balance

After you approve the final artwork, the remaining 50% of the final commission quote must be paid and cleared in full before production begins.

06 — Production

Production typically takes approximately 15–30 business days after final design approval and full payment.

07 — Quality Control & Delivery

Once completed, the piece undergoes final quality inspection before shipping. Shipping method, cost and estimated delivery are confirmed according to the destination and final commission details.

How do I begin a commission?

Choose Start Your Commission and continue privately on WhatsApp or by email. Lupet will review the portrait, destination and request before preparing a quote.

What is the US$150 reservation deposit?

The Commission Reservation Deposit is US$150 and is credited in full toward the final quote. During the inquiry-first soft launch, online payment is disabled and no payment is requested until the private scope and next step are confirmed.

How long does a commission take to produce?

Once your final design has been approved and full payment has been received, production typically takes approximately 15–30 business days. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination.

What materials do you work with?

Each Lupet commission is individually specified. Depending on the design, we work with precious materials including K gold, diamonds and colored gemstones. Your final material, specifications and pricing are confirmed during your private consultation.

Will I review the portrait artwork?

Yes. The latest private artwork version is reviewed before production. A scope change can require a revised quote, fee, timing and renewed approval.

Do you offer international shipping?

Lupet accepts commissions internationally. Shipping method, cost and estimated delivery are confirmed according to your destination and final commission details.

Is shipping included in my commission?

Shipping arrangements and any applicable cost are confirmed as part of your final bespoke quote based on the destination and commission requirements.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated in your final quote, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
